My family and I used to go here a lot. We went there specifically for their crispy shredded chicken - it is no longer on the menu. They also changed their Hibachi, which was really a downside for us. We love the fried rice, but we have to pay extra for it now? No, I don't think so. We have not gone back since we went there the first week they re-opened. They should not have changed their menu, they did themselves under. I loved that their Hibachi was different then other restaurants, but now that they changed their menu, there is nothing unique about them. You know what they say, don't fix something that isn't broken. They lost a loyal customer.

Fuji claimed it renovated, however, the restaurant still looks the same as it did 5 years ago. I went and asked the hostess what the renovations were and she said stuff in the kitchen and the bathroom floor. Much less food than before. The service is horrible, they screwed up on our order and never came to refill our water glasses. They also said they couldn't split the check and they were going to charge us for trying. I will NEVER go here again. It is not worth your time or your money. The "new" Fuji is nothing like the old Fuji.

We've tried many hibachi restaurants in the area, but my boyfriend and I always come back to Fuji. The staff is friendly, and the food is fresh. It's been closed for a while for renovation, but I'm happy that it's reopened. I recommend the filet mignon hibachi dinner. It comes with a soup and salad to begin with. It seems to be a very popular place among the locals. High Recommended

My daughter has just celebrated her birthday with a whole bunch of her friends at Fuji Japanese Restaurant last Saturday, and they love it! They have enjoyed the Hibachi food and the show while I and my wife enjoyed the fresh tasting sushi in the cozy dining room. We have spent a great time there and I will definitely come back and recommend Fuji to others!
